Player is given additional weapons to help fight off enemy ships and must decide what ammo they want to spend their limited resources on. Player must learn when to shield allied ships from damage and when to hide behind allied ships.
This level map shows the route the player will take through the mission and explains what happens at each different step of the mission.
Weapons are designed to have specific advantages that are balanced, allowing multiple viable strategies, giving players the freedom to play their way.
Each mission is outlined in a system design document that shows the objectives, victory conditions, the forces on each side for encounters, and the reward for the player at the end of a successful mission.
